Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and AdairLabs, doing business as SalesBoard Prime ("we," "us," or "our"). They govern your access to and use of SalesBoard Prime, a web-based, real-time sales leaderboard platform available at app.salesboardprime.com.

By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use SalesBoard Prime.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the SalesBoard Prime web application, including the TV leaderboard display, manager dashboard, and all related features.
• "Organization" refers to a company, team, or entity that creates an account on SalesBoard Prime.
• "User" refers to any individual who accesses the Service under an Organization account, including Owners and Managers.
• "Board" refers to a TV leaderboard display configured for a specific team or location.
• "User Data" refers to any data uploaded, entered, or generated by Users within the Service, including sales records, team rosters, and imported files.

3. Account Registration & Roles

To use SalesBoard Prime, an Organization must register an account. The person who creates the Organization account is assigned the Owner role.

SalesBoard Prime has three user roles:

• Owner — Creates the Organization, has full administrative access, and manages billing.
• Manager — Logs sales, manages the team roster, and configures the TV dashboard.
• Salesperson — Appears on the leaderboard. Salespeople do not have login credentials and do not directly access the application.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to notify us promptly at richard@adairlabs.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Beta Access

SalesBoard Prime is currently in beta. During the beta period:

• Access is free of charge.
• Features may be added, changed, or removed without advance notice.
• Beta access may be revoked at our discretion.
• Beta testers will receive a minimum of two weeks' notice before any paid billing begins.
• Beta testers will be eligible for a founding-member discount when paid plans launch.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or bug reports you provide during the beta may be used by us to improve the product.

5. Subscription Plans

When SalesBoard Prime exits beta, the following subscription tiers will be available:

These plans are not yet active. Pricing and feature limits are subject to change before launch.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SalesBoard Prime in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. Specifically, you must not:

• Upload malicious files, scripts, or content designed to harm the Service or other users.
• Attempt to access data belonging to other Organizations.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape any part of the Service.
• Share TV display links publicly outside their intended viewing context (e.g., posting them on social media or public websites).

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account termination.

7. Data Ownership & Privacy

Your data belongs to you. Here is how we handle it:

• You own your data. All sales records, team rosters, imported files, and custom data you enter into SalesBoard Prime remain your property.
• We do not sell your data. Your data is never sold to third parties.
• We do not use your data to train AI models.
• Data is isolated per Organization. Each Organization's data is separated using row-level security policies. Users in one Organization cannot access another Organization's data.
• Anonymized usage data. We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data (not your sales data) to improve the product. This data cannot be traced back to your Organization.
• Data deletion. You can request deletion of all your Organization's data at any time by emailing richard@adairlabs.com.

8. Intellectual Property

SalesBoard Prime, including its name, logo, user interface, and underlying code, is the property of AdairLabs. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

You retain full ownership of all data you upload to or create within the Service. By using SalesBoard Prime, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

SalesBoard Prime is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

During the beta period specifically:

• We do not guarantee any specific uptime or availability.
• Features may change, break, or be removed without prior notice.
• While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, we cannot guarantee against data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AdairLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SalesBoard Prime.

We are not liable for any business decisions made based on data displayed on the dashboard. SalesBoard Prime is a visualization and tracking tool — the accuracy of the data depends on what is entered by your team.

11. Termination

• By you: You can cancel your account at any time by contacting us at richard@adairlabs.com.
• By us: We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, particularly the Acceptable Use provisions in Section 6.
• After termination: Your data will be deleted within 30 days of account termination. If you need an export of your data before deletion, contact us and we will provide it.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of SalesBoard Prime after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
